I graduated from college in Columbus Ohio with a B.S. in business, dual majors in Marketing and psychology. I worked for two major newspapers; the Columbus Dispatch and the Los Angeles Times specializing in marketing and advertising. I began in 1980 buying and selling rental properties in southern California and realized that I had a passion and skill in real estate and got my real estate license in 1991. I was a partner doing mortgage loans and selling real estate and in 1996 became a principal owner of HSB Realty here in Santa Clarita and later possessed a broker’s license.
