Our mother passed away last September and I was tasked with getting the house fixed up and ready for sale. I was inundated with realtors sending fliers and even coming to the door to snag the listing. However, the project manager I hired recommended Stephanie as they had known each other for many years. I liked her immediately. She was bold and funny, but most importantly, she was HELPFUL! She helped to prioritize the fixes that needed to be completed and tried to keep me calm as I was overwhelmed by the number of plates I was spinning. She held 2 open houses and we had a couple of offers within 2-3 weeks. Even after the sale, Stephanie stayed in to...

She got us the home at a time when investors were driving up market pricing and coming in with cash offers. She is very professional and hooked us up with the selling agent and expedited the purchase and closing processes.

I had to short sell my home and found Mike through a friend. It's a tough time to go through, and he handled the sale in a way that allowed me to not feel embarrassed about a short sale. His negotiation skills are very remarkable, and he even helped us with moving expenses and a place to rent.

When I think of Mike Fenstemaker, words like trust, honesty, and hard working come to mind. He's a hand-holder type who always returns phone calls. When you are going through a divorce and selling your home, having Mike as your realtor makes selling easier.

Mike listened to me about the home I wanted and could afford! It took almost a year, but he was patient and always positive during the search. This is extremely helpful when you are a single parent working and trying to buy your first home and have lots of questions and fears. Thanks Mike.

Mike Fenstemaker turned out to be the best real estate realtor/broker in Santa Clarita. His knowledge of rental property buying and managing is unbelievable. I now have several rentals, and from time to time Mike helps me rent them and gives me free advice. His expertise takes the worry out of being a landlord. Thanks to Mike I will be able to retire comfortably with my rental property income.

Mike sold our home then we bought a home that after a few months was not the home for us so Mike sold our home for almost free then found us a home that we really like. His knowledge of real estate plus being a broker makes him an expert. We highly recommend him.

Besides being the best realtor in Santa Clarita, Mike wins the most patient realtor award. It took almost three years to wait for the price of our home to go up (we were upside down), rates to drop, then find a home in Stevenson Ranch that we liked. We love this guy! He also didn't charge us 6% to sell and helped us on our moving costs!

Our experience with Stephanie was at a time when investors were driving up market pricing and coming in with cash offers. Her professionalism and confidence allowed us to believe we were going to find our home and not overpay. She will always be our Realtor.

I had never bought a home before and so it was very a scary/emotional experience for me. Stephanie was very patient with me and helped to keep me calm throughout the process. When we found the home we wanted she her magic and we got our dream home. Thanks Steph!
